Care Cura offers door-to-door transportation as part of its home care services. The following terms apply to all transportation bookings.
Service area. Transportation is currently available to residents of Tracy and Manteca, California. We expect to expand to additional Care Cura service areas in the future.
What is included. A trained driver, door-to-door assistance, and caregiver wait time at the destination when scheduled. Specific inclusions and pricing are described on the transportation services page.
What is not included. Care Cura transportation is non-emergency in nature. We do not provide medical transport, ambulance service, or transport involving stretchers or medical procedures. For medical emergencies, call 911.
Booking and cancellation. Rides should be requested at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the scheduled pickup incur no fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows at the pickup location, may be charged a fee up to the full booked ride rate.
Vehicle and driver. Transportation is provided by a trained Care Cura driver in an insured vehicle that complies with California registration and inspection requirements. The driver has passed Care Cura's background check and driving-record review.
Limitation of liability. Care Cura's total liability for any single ride shall not exceed the amounts and limits set forth in applicable insurance and California law. This does not waive any rights you have under California law.
Privacy. Our handling of ride and location data is described in our Privacy Policy, Section 7 — Transportation Services Data Practices.
Care Cura makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate, up-to-date information, but does not guarantee the completeness or reliability of any content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Care Cura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Use of the site is at your own risk.
Any communication or material you transmit to us via forms or email including service requests, testimonials, or suggestions may be used to improve services, unless marked "Confidential." You grant Care Cura the right to use such material in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data.
Our website may include links to third-party websites provided for convenience only. Care Cura is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any external site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
